The KETCH Youth Ministry

A group of youth that meets together weekly to disciple & reach out to their own generation with the good news gospel. The Ketch is lead by a diverse leadership team of powerful encouraging individuals who have energy and a heart for youth. There are lots of opportunities for assistance with transportation, fundraisers, communication with parents & connecting with young people in a mentoring way.

Grounds and Maintenance

A team of hard-working, faithful people who enjoy serving God with their active service, strong back and strong hands!
Includes: Keeping Faith Ministries looking great through lawn care, landscaping, building upkeep, special event set-up and tear down, and general clean up.



Kitchen Krew

A team of people who can cook! Includes monthly cooking events, kitchen maintenance, clean up, picnic support team. You will go through an orientation for our commercial kitchen.



Outreach Team

We are all PART of this team. The Bible instructs us to “be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry” 1 Tim 4:5. We realize that we are the sheep of His pasture! Sheep begat sheep! Includes seasonal outreaches to touch the community. We can offer preparations and training with counseling, prayer and follow-up.



Missions Team

This is the outreach to other cities and nations. Join us on periodic short-term mission trips. Be trained for medical missions, building projects or teaching conferences as prayer ministers. Find out more by filling out an application for a specific trip and get the training for what the team will be doing. We give monthly to multiple ambassadors already on the mission field helping them to fulfill a well laid plan in their region.



Interior Decoration

As an important aspect of FMWOC, this team sees decorating as a creative connection to reach others. We will work together to seasonally decorate and sometimes paint and restore. Atmosphere is everything. If you like to pay attention to the special details… we’d love your assistance.



Hospitality

This team exists to help provide an atmosphere of love, acceptance, concern and safety to our guests. We want every person who comes to our services to have a positive encounter with God without distractions. We’ll serve and meet practical needs through giving and serving food.

It is the Vision of the Hospitality Team to serve people as a good host/hostess would serve Jesus Himself, thus making people want to come back or not hesitate to refer a friend to our church family.

Ushers & Greeters

A group of people with smiling faces ready to welcome all church partners and guests. Sunday mornings we help direct the flow of the service, help guests find seats, prepare for weekly services with bulletins and offering material, receive the offering, keeping track of sign up sheets, and maintain a quiet environment during Sunday’s message.


Resource Center

Come be a part of a group of organized, capable people who believe in the importance of helping to get resources in the hands of the body as well as have the ability to sell books & CD’s. Includes: bi-monthly table operation, inventory, CD duplication & order documentation.



Harry’s Mug Coffee Bar
Manager:

People with a heart to minister to our guests and energy to operate a coffee shop during the week. Sales experience is helpful as well as a smiling face and good attitude!

Responsibilities Include: Operating the coffee shop during scheduled weekly shifts, welcoming customers and making drinks and food. Must undergo full training of machines and register.



Praise & Worship & Sound Team

A team of people who have a lifestyle of worship as well as have talents and gifting for music. Must be excited about praising God! Includes: Practices twice a week, take-home music, and weekly participation during the worship. Voice lessons are recommended for vocalists.

Sound team members are responsible for weekly sound board operation, and recording the sermons. Sound board training is available.


Media Team

A team of creative and technical people who are interested in quality production. Computer skills are a must!

Includes: Running a weekly service media program, camera operation, lighting operation, and service planning. Must undergo training. Must be flexible. We also need people to help with our Web TV program.



International Generation of Women

A team of powerful women who understand the importance of ministering to women through hospitality, friendship, and the Word of God. Includes: hosting monthly women’s breakfasts, table set up, inviting and welcoming new people, and follow up phone calls.
